Brainware Partners FSMS

Brainware Partners has partnered with an innovative Field Service Management
Solution (FSMS) company for an easy to use platform designed specifically for the
service industry. It offers a wide range of tools and features to help streamline and
manage various aspects of a service business, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical,
landscaping, and more.

Brainware Partners’ FSMS provides comprehensive but easy-to-use software for small-medium service
providers such as plumbers, electricians, heating/air conditioning specialists. Brainware Partners FSMS
consists of a portal for the back-office admins for technician scheduling and other admin functions, and
Android/iOS phone apps for technicians.

Brainware Partners FSMS manages the entire life cycle of a job from scheduling to client notifications,
technician notification and routing, estimates and invoicing. It is currently integrated with QuickBooks™
and can integrate with existing installed telematics software via APIs.

Minimal training and on-boarding are required as the system is very easy to use and learn, either for
admins or technicians (several resellers actually taught themselves). No hardware is required, and no
software installation is required. The product is white-labeled, and our partner does not sell directly to
end customers. Ther is absolutely no channel conflict.

Pricing is well below the big players and significant gross margins can be earned. There is no charge for
admin user IDs where many, if not all, of the big players do charge. In addition, many of the big players
are now integrating full-featured tracking into their field service offering. While Brainware Partners
FSMS does have some minimal tracking capabilities, it’s designed to complement your tracking service
and prevent the big field service software companies from poaching your customers.

For telecom operators and MVNOs, here is an opportunity to enter the telematics market or enhance
your telematics offerings. Brainware Partners’ FSMS revenues per seat are higher than normal phone
rate plans, and gross margins are generally higher as well. With minimal required support and now
hardware, Brainware Partners can easily fit into your customer care framework and quickly get you to
revenue with minimal churn over the life cycle.

For telematics service providers, here is an opportunity to get into more mission-critical software,
achieve greater account stickiness, ensure customers are not poached by the big players, and make
some good money without requiring significant customer support personnel as does ELD, for example.
